Optovue announces the hiring of John Hawley as VP of Business Development
Fremont, CA – January 22, 2008 — Optovue, Inc., the first company to introduce a Fourier-domain optical coherence tomography (FD-OCT) system to the US market, today announced that John Hawley has signed on as Vice President of Business Development.

Mr. Hawley’s previous experience includes Vice President of Heidelberg Engineering where he guided their most successful period of growth in the US over the past 15 years. Previous to Heidelberg, John was the Director of Sales for Octopus in the Western US.
